What Are You Swapping for the Scout EV

Curious to hear what vehicles you’re planning to trade in or replace with the Scout EV. What car did you come from? It’s always interesting to see what people are upgrading from. For me, it’ll be my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. It’s been a solid ride overall. I’ve been getting some error codes and random quirks popping up, so there are still quirks to fix.

If everything works out and my reserved Terra lands within the pricing estimate, I’ll be saying goodbye to the Gladiator. I’m really looking forward to the Scout’s increased towing capacity and payload, it feels like the perfect upgrade for my needs.

What about you all? Any particular reasons you’re making the switch?

We'll just keep it. It'll be our new daily driver, so our other cars won't rack up as many miles. I'm not really into selling cars, especially since I'm quite sentimental LOL.

This is actually my first EV. I am still thinking if going with the Scout EV first in this EV space would be the right decision.

I’m upgrading from my 2024 Jeep Wrangler...The Scout EV’s performance and practicality, especially its towing capacity, really stand out as a perfect fit for me too.

I'm really torn here! I absolutely love my Gladiator, and if I keep it, the Traveler is the perfect SUV for me. But if I get rid of the Gladiator, I'd need the Terra to replace its truck capabilities.

Then there's the wife. If I convince her to trade in her Cherokee for the Traveler, that's one less Scout for me to drive! And don't even get me started on the idea of converting my 1970 800A to electric...

Honestly, it seems like I'll need to hit the lottery to afford any of these things!
