I grew up with a ‘73 Scout II, and man, the memories are endless - family road trips, off-road adventures, you name it. That thing was a total beast and a blast to drive. I’m stoked to see the new Scout models; and fingers crossed they can capture that same vibe from the original.
Anyone else have some epic memories with their classic Scout?

My favorite memories are from cruising the coast in my uncle’s ‘75 Scout. We’d pile in with boogie boards and snacks, windows down, and just soak in the summer vibes. That thing handled the sandy paths like a dream. I’m curious to see if the new Scouts can keep up with those off-road adventures while adding some modern comfort.

That sounds like such a solid time! There’s nothing like those carefree beach days, esp in a Scout that’s ready to take on anything. I’m with you, if the new ones can keep that off-road beast mode while adding a bit of luxury, I’m all in. It’s like having the best of both worlds. But, do you think all the new tech might kinda kill the raw, old-school vibe that made the originals so fun to drive?
